We continue to work with local industry and educational providers such as the Lawrence County Career and Technical Center and New Castle School of Trades as well as community colleges and universities to determine the skills, knowledge and awareness gaps in the community and to close those gaps.  The LCLC also collaborates with the Lawrence County Economic Development Corp., the Workforce Investment Board through West Central Job Partnership and Career Link to help close the gaps in training and education.
